Everything everyone has already listed, and one more:
New Belgium makes a Trippel with coriander that is delicious.

I second this notion. I'm actually not crazy about Long Strange Trip, but I love their other Smokestack beers, e.g., Tank 7, Double-Wide, Saison Brett, and Love Child #3.

Funny, I started drinking Belgians about 2 years ago and really got into Tripels. I sort of consider this style my gateway into the "hardcore" craft scene (i.e. DIPA's and barrel aged stuff). Anyway Top 3:
    1. Gouden Carolus
    2. Westmalle Tripel
    3. Tripel Karmeliet
I feel the candy sugar taste is too pronounced on most of the U.S. attempts at this style. Although I just had one by Greenflash and it was pretty solid.

La Fin du Monde, Trade Winds Tripel, and Karmeliet are my three faves so far. There's a lot of Belgians I haven't had yet though.

This kind of topic would be more interesting, if everyone could also list tripels (beers), which they don't like or how many tripels they have had.

My favourites...hmm...I don't know is it fair to list "hybrid" tripels (Chouffe Houblon) or very unik BA ones (Tide and its Takers) but this are mine:

Anchorage The Tide and Its Takers
    Chimay Triple
    Chouffe Houblon
    De Dolle Dulle Teve
    De La Senne Jambe-De-Bois
    De Molen Heen & Weer
    Gouden Carolus Tripel
    Green Flash Le Freak
    Rulles Triple
Nörrebro Tripel De Lente Sauternes Barrel
    St. Bernardus Tripel
    St. Feuillien Triple
    Struise Tsjeeses Reserva
    The Bruery Trade Winds
    Tripel Karmeliet
    Westmalle Tripel

    I don't like:
    Affligem Tripel
    Anderson Valley Brother David's Triple
    Dubuisson Tripel Blonde
    Fanö Edison Ale
    Green Flash Tripel
    La Trappe Tripel
    Midtfyns Chili Tripel
    Victory Golden Monkey

    I haven't had:
    Allagash Curieux
    Allagash Triple Reserve
    Boulevard Long Strange Tripel
    Captain Lawrence Xtra Gold
    Charlevoix Dominus Vobiscum Triple
    Unibroue La Fin du Monde

I de Garre at a small Belgian bar in Southern California called "The Back Abbey" about a year ago, and a small store that fills growlers here in DC currently has it available as well.

I'm not much of a tripel guy, but I do enjoy a Gulden Draak and a Straffe Hendrick Tripel every so often.

After staying at the St. Bernardus B&B last year it is tough for any other triple to beat that for me.

I agree with that. My only question is...why does it have to cost so damn much?!
