Nobi Public House Bottle Share

Probably not going to be able to make it so whoever offered to bring the pirate noir needs to take my place on that one. Incredibly disappointed...

Just pulled all my bottles for tomorrow. Here's the final count:

- (7) 12oz bottles (couple of Divine Reserves and other big ABV beers that I've been aging for about a year). Will open these early so hopefully there will be enough to go around.

- 2 "grenade" growlers filled with Portland-area brewery stuff. These aren't that big. I'll pop them early on. One is a lambic-style, and the other I forget but it's fairly new and on-draft only I think.

- 11 750ml bottles. An assortment from stouts to gueuze to barrel-aged old ale. These I will open sporadically.

I will have 1 750ml beer from France that I'll do a random drawing for on the spot. And of course I'll be bringing beer for Lindsey, Curtis, and jvrdz24 (I have no idea what your actual name or username is).

Can someone just not bring anything and buy food instead?... Because that's nearly a 750ml per person.

Edit: And can someone bring a bottle opener that includes a cork-screw? There will be a Cantillon bottle that requires a cork screw opener.

 

I'll only bring the Prairie Noir and do some food then. I'll try to remember a bottle opener w cork screw as well

 

There's no way all of your beer will be opened and consumed.

The bar will have a corkscrew since they also serve wine.

Seriously though. Remember how much leftovers we had that time we both were at Nobi? I know Jbeez and Show stayed behind to polish off the leftovers. If it gets opened, it's probably gonna get finished one way or another.

You're probably right. I also remember you gave away several bottles, but I think you brought more bottles that time and there were fewer people. I'm not necessarily discouraging you from bringing all of that beer. Everyone will be pleased to see what you bring. I'll also want to try almost everything you bring. I'll just have to take super tiny pours since I volunteered to drive.

 

I'm only bringing 1 bottle cause Clonies is trying to **** block.
