Whoo-Hoo, just seen this thread and I'm getting in to Seattle Saturday afternoon. Guess that's my weekend sorted out. The $45.00 ticket looks a very good bargain!

Now that it's starting today, I'm beginning to give the list a little attention. If it's alluded you (i.e. never been to Canada) I highly recommend Red Betty. Looking forward to sipping on one or two during my less adventurous moments. Also looking forward to trying the Samichlaus Lager. Want to see what that's all about. Also anything Evil Twin or with Jesus in the name (or both)

a lot of the good beers never showed up, WTF, maybe i will go back and check again today, there were at least 5 beers I wanted to try that they never put on...worst year of SIB ever (weakest beer lineup ever)

    Hmmm.
    I had:
    Brasserie St-Feuillien Saison
Evil Twin The Beer FKA Blackout Imperial Porter
    Boulevard Terra Incognita
Weisses Brauhaus G. Schneider & Sohn Mein Nelson Sauvin (TAPX)
    Epic (Utah) Brainless on Peaches
Double Mountain White Rider of Conquest
    Deschutes Black Butte XXV
    Upright Engelberg Pilsner
Double Mountain Poseur (their mystery beer)
    Anderson Valley Wild Turkey BBS
    Schloss Eggenberg Samichlaus Bier
    Mad Viking Vintage Cognac IRS
    Evil Twin Even More Jesus

Happy. Will return next year again for sure.
My two drain pours were the Samichlaus (too sweet - like drinking sugary grain alcohol) and the Anderson Valley Wild Turkey BBS - you kidding me? What a piece of shit that was!
    But that's just me.
One disappointment for me was there was no Red Betty. They were temporarily out of Brainless but quickly replaced the keg.

I enjoyed the Wild Turkey, and Brainless on Peaches was one of the few I had to flush. Terra Incognita was also bad.

No wonder there's an Untappd badge for it. Probably the only way they'll sell all of it.

I had the Upright Bourbon Barrel #6. It was actually labelled Upright Mystery and was being served around 5pm Saturday afternoon, and it was darned tasty! The other ones you're talking about were also tapped at different times during the day; it mentioned this in the free program. You just had to be in the right place at the right time.

I was impressed with the festival over the 2 days I went. It was crazy busy on the Saturday, but it never got out of hand, and getting served was quite quick. Sunday was a nice, relaxed event with roughly half the people of Saturday. Getting free entry was very welcome. Ticket prices were spot on and made the festival very affordable; something the organisers of beer events in Canada should take note of!!!!!
