Yeah Sour In The Rye with Peaches was one of the beers I was unable to savor due to Brad's maniacal methods of bottle opening. And Ben even had that beer, either he was too drunk to remember it, in which case shame on him, or he's playing dumb. Because he poured a double and gave me half when I was done with my other glass.

 

Pirate Noir is great when you drink it cold, but once it warms up, all you can taste is harsh ethanol.

SitRwP (lulz) was the one beer i kept thinking back about throughout the rest of the share/evening/since then.

Both were good, but neither lived up to near the hype to me.

I liked Big Bad Baptist better than BA Kopi Speedway.

That said a million thanks to Brad for bringing them.

Big Bad Baptist was so fucking good. Who brought that? The coffee in that was so damn forward, more so than any other coffee stout there, with that being said... The type of coffee in BCBCS is still what makes it my favorite.

wow, that looks lonely! i, for one, will not be in attendance.

 

I won't be at September share cause I'll be in Vegas, I might bring a little extra to this one cause of that.

Don't be discouraged if the numbers are down from previous months. They go in cycles, especially with family obligations and a certain sport that is always played on Sunday starts. The smaller bottle shares are always the best anyway.

 

I'll be in Washington DC next Sunday... hopefully drinking something delicious that evening.

The good news is not everyone who shows up posts on the list.

If you can make it into Nobi early this week, try the Buffalo Bayou/Apogee Wit Xmas.... I tried it today... thought it was really good.
