So I was able to pick up a few of these bad boys last weekend. Does anybody know what the bottle count is? A friend told me that the first two variants were around 300 bottles each. Is #3 about the same?

Also: will it pull a Rare?

Lol no I don't have a flag tattoo. Why does everybody keep asking that?

Why don't you try trading it (them) for something you want as opposed to something you think you deserve? Perhaps those two are reconcilable, but you need to put out an ISOFT to find out.

I still don't have any tattoo on my arm, if that's what you want an update on.

Dude, I'm just trying to get a feel for the value. Hence the questions. Is this the wrong place to ask, or do you just have it out for me?

Why are all of you guys so SERIOUS???

I have it out for everyone asking "value" questions. This is not a commodities exchange. This is beer, so why are you and the rest who ask these types of questions so SERIOUS???!!!!

Whatever the value of Sour Reserve 3, you just lowered it. Thanks Chicago.

I can attest the total number bottled is at least 2.

Are they not numbered? The old lambics used to be hand-numbered, not sure about the old Sour Reserves though.

It didn't look like there were all that many on the bloomington pickup/sign sheet (maybe a couple hundred?), but i imagine that sadly the vast majority of these are going to Indy now... mostly for Mongo to ship across the country. i agree with probably more than 300, i think 500-600 is probably about right.

It definitely won't pull a rare. it would probably pull a foune. But in case the thought hadn't crossed your mind yet, you could actually drink them, as they are damn good (based on my experiences with b1 and 2) for an American gueuze style.

Yeah SR is legit. Too bad about Rare, but I'm sure Goose will make it again - doesn't make sense not to. I guess I'll just dig on some sours in the meantime!

The worst kind of troll; Redundant, and uncreative.

Unless you're trying to hype SR3, which it doesn't need, and devalue Rare, which won't happen.
