Not trying to cut into the bro's autobiography, but who can share some stories of what beeradvocate.com was like in its first few years?

I like the quote on that site -

I could be off, but I thought we had the forums without usernames. That was late 90's. Again, my memory could be off.

Here's an old about page I just found ...
Might be a good idea to redo/update it and post it somewhere.

    Cheers!

    Bigfoot Ale [1998 batch]

    • "and roughly $11 a six-pack this is by far, one of SN's best brews. Find it, buy it and savour it with respectful sips."
Looking past the impending move to 4-packs next year, I find it beyond cool that a few weeks ago I only paid about $1 more for Bigfoot in 2012 as the Bros. did for Bigfoot in 1998.

Wow, that's crazy, I paid $9.99 for Bigfoot this year and last... it's amazing Sierra Nevada kept the price roughly constant for 14 years (at least!).

I agree, it's amazing! It really speaks even more to the character of Sierra Nevada...not that anyone would anyway! lol

I'm getting a kick out of the "Y2K compliant" reference. Oh the worries of armageddon in 1999!

I paid $13.99 plus deposit for this year's Bigfoot sixpack in MA. So don't get too excited. When Bigfoot was $11 here, it was probably $6.99 in your area.
