I would be down for going down for the UT game. I will send you a message why I am a Giants fan. As far as UNM, I was a Sr. when Urlacher was a freshman. I have a media guide when he was 180 lbs and all ears.

I had the Mango Mama with a Spicy Seafood Gumbo over Jasmine Rice. Always impressed with Town Hall. The Pulled Pork Sandwich is also great.

The Walleye sammich at the Tap is worth it just for the awesome jalapeno tartar sauce.

The new location won't have growlers either will it? I figure it won't since it's south of Lake St.

I think he is referring to the old 3.2 area, but them not having growlers has nothing to do with that. State law does not allow a brewery to sell its growlers at a location other than where it is produced.

The beer brats are really good, as is their blue cheese burger. I have yet to be disappointed with their food.

I'll second this but damn, I miss the best fish & chips in the Twin Cities. Anchor is close, but Town Hall just had them swimmers down to a science.

You can buy the Town Hall Beer Brats fresh at the Seward Coop.

Lake St was the cutoff in Mpls, the number of over-3.2 liq licenses was capped. Don't know if it's still that way. That's why there used to be a ton of small 3-2 joints like the Lake Inn (now Busters), Duck Inn, Sunrise Inn, etc.

Can we please finally, someday, eventually, dump the 3.2 bullshit....
