yeah, with contacting the breweries, i was not really expecting anything dramatic to happen. i am hoping, though, that maybe some of the people at these establishments would overhear what is going on, and then, if they ever have the chance to serve matty a beer, spit heavily into said beer

as for calling his mom's house, which i have not done yet, she has the same address listed as matty, so i feel as if that is not out of line since it appears that he lives with her, and i am just trying to get ahold of him, like what user cfh64 did

Why should he? It took a few weeks until they got sick of me but I finally got my beer. And if I didn't have my beer by now this dude would have wished he sent it, I promise. I think it all depends on what his plan of action is. Sitting around throwing a few texts at him probably will have little to no effect but depending on what else he wants to do he may get his beers yet and I certainly wouldn't discourage him to give up. Just be careful OP and there are safe and careful ways to make this bum think twice about stealing from you

Glad to see you got some Pliny, I get it every week at the beer pub/bottle shop where I work and would have sent you some just for the hell of it. You do have to except that you will never see any beer from him though no matter how much you text/call him.
