So.... I was sleeping today, heard an angel siinging...I mean my bell ringing during a deep slumber and ran out to buzz the dude in. And then all I heard was "thump.....thump.... thump...." A very unpleasant man was dragging 2 giant boxes up 3 stories on a dolly. In the back of my head I wanted to yell "it says Fragile, dick!", but I was too excited to say anything. Immediately opened boxes from Busker and UFMJ, to which my response to unwrapping numerous bottles was 'Oh my god!', and 'fuck, yessssss'. Seriously amazing boxes that I'm gonna have to be a dick about and make you all wait to see. Went back to bed after the excitement cuz I had to coach in the evening and then I'm pulling another night shift in about 30 minutes. But one is going in the fridge so tomorrow I can enjoy while I post pics in the morning. Sorry to pull a dick move and make you all wait, but I wanted to at least let Busker and UFMJ know they arrived and give a big thanks that I will continue ad nauseum tomorrow.

That's why I have it shipped to work.
Gave the warehouse guys a heads up, they oiled the loading dock and charged the forklift, all went smooth.
I went out in the afternoon and rented a trailer to haul it home with, and it's all good.
PseudoSue is even better at when it's had a chance to cool down to below 80!!
Maybe 1 glass left to kick off happy hour tomorrow!

Ok, my porch was completely annihilated by two boxes the past couple days. And because without images it didn't really happen, I feel it is not cool to just say what I got. I am having trouble with my stupid Imgur account so the pics will have to wait until tomorrow. Sorry. But a huge thanks to ColdONe and SQUAD!!! Marti! Awesome boxes with **** to come! Both badass boxes that I can't wait to enjoy!

I hope you get the Porkslap cans good and cold before you crack them. Oops! Sorry to give it away before photos!

For anyone with a Drop Box account, you can drag a photo into your public folder, then right click it and choose "copy public link." Ba-da-bing!

    Edit: SQUAD!!!

Ghandi-bot from UFMJ. Didn't want to crack open one of the crazy flavored ones with the fact it's gonna be 8 am and all, and the name/can pulled me. Also have to research some to see what they are all about before I dive right into them. Super-stoked cuz I'm off nights Sat-Mon, so I can really enjoy some over the weekend!

...and you chose correctly. I live 5 minutes from NEBCO and is a pain to find Gandhi, sells out everywhere. The bar down the street did a blind taste for $9 between Gandhi and Heady and the Bot stole the show

With all of the incoming, I've been a little lax on the hints.
Pretty sure my target knows who they are, but maybe some hints will help cross me off of some of your potential sender lists.
Target #2 and I share very similar distribution, so I had to dig into the cellar to come up with some stuff.
Hitting at least 5 wants, including 2 from the same brewery that are rated at 100. Also, one of a 144 bottle brewery only release.
Box is complete and scheduled to land 7/21.

Whelp, here's some lovely **** for your Friday morning.

Giant boxes the delivery man was pissed about.

First opened was the box from Busker, which was packed like a champ. Going to leave the box/shreddings intact to send some MI beers next week to a friend who lived in MI all his life, then move to NC this past April, so thanks!

And now the beers!!! Sorry if some are blurry. I tried my hardest.

-Green Flash West Coast IPA: Haven't heard of, but always love a good IPA
-Ithaca Fourteen: One of the first ones I pulled out, & literally gasped. Thank You!!! Absolute want and waaaaaaay beyond stoked. Have one of the best beer boners ever over this one.
-Two Roads Conntucky Lightnin Bourbon Barrel Ale: Again, not heard of but sounds absolutely delicious!
-The Lost Abbey Serpents Stout 2011: WANT! Debating b/w cracking it open soon or giving it a little more age. Anyone with thoughts on this debate, let me know!
-Captain Lawrence Xtra Gold Tripel- Sounds great, reviews say it is a bit peppery, which I am excited about!

    Continuing Busker's box:

    - Maine Beer Co- Lunch: Sidenote: love the simplicity of the label. Again, excited for any IPA, and this one sounds pretty good!
    - Jack's Abby Hoponius Union: Reeeeeally excited for this one. Should have been a want.
    - Lagunitas Undercover Shutdown: Want! One of those odd situations where there is a beer you have access to & have been meaning to buy, but always grab other things instead. So thank you for taking care of that for me!
    - New England Brewing Co 668 Neighbor of the Beast: Sounds very interesting based on reviews. Probably gonna crack this one sooner rather than later.
    - Captain Lawrence Captain's Reserve Imperial IPA: Love a good DIPA!

Thank you so much, Busker! Three wants, one of which I figured was a long shot, and another of which I figured was an impossibility, so thank you! This was a brilliant box, and there is not a single beer that I'm not peeing my pants to try. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

As if that wasn't enough to get in one day, there was a whole other box from UFMJ! Also an excellent packing job that I will happily reuse, but my excitement got the better of me, so straight to the beers!

-Long Trail Brewmaster Series Coffee Stout: Stout + coffee + chocolate = perfect.
    - Sly Fox Black Raspberry Reserve: OMFG this looks like the most amazing raspberry ale ever. CANNOT wait! Will be had this weekend. Thank you!!!!!
    - Starr Hill Little Red Roostarr Coffee Cream Stout: See above. Lol. Love coffee brews with hints of vanilla, so this should be good

    Continuing. Brace yourselves:

    - Flying Fish Exit 16: Super excited! The only rice IPA series I've had is Kuhnhenn's, so I am definitely excited to try some more!
    - The Lost Abbey Red Poppy Ae: Huge Want!!!!!!! Definitely one of those 'holy fuck' moments when I unwrapped this little guy. One of the few sours that I have been gagging to try since birth. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
    - Troegs Scratch #98- Triple Mango IPA: What?! I didn't even know Troegs had a series like this. Call me a noob, I guess. But this sounds amazing. Don't have a whole ton of experience with mango ales, but like mangos!!! And I love the bottle!
    - Abita Turbodog: Want! Again, coffee = I'll love it!
    - Wolaver's Alta Gracia Coffee Porter: This sounds like the coffee used is basically grabbed right off the roaster. Really excited about this one.
    - Flying Dog Imperial IPA- Citra: Very excited, heard it is sweet. Can't wait to try.
    - Keegan Joe Mama's Milk: Super excited to try for flavor note reasons already listed above.
    - Central Waters Peruvian Morning: Want!!!! Thank you!!!!!!! Have never had. Can't wait to try. Gonna use as a bottle share before beerfest next week w/ other friends who've never had.

    Last but not least, cans:

    - Manayunk Dreamin' DIPA: very very very excited to try. Read up on this brewery at work last night, and sounds good as a whole!
    - SixPoint 3Beans: yet again, chocolate, coffee, tasty
    - Manayunk Shuylkill Punch: Read that this was brewed w/ 500lbs of raspberries per batch. Got a little turned on. I can't even describe how excited I am about this.
    - New England Brewing Co Ghandi-Bot: Was super excited to get! Trying it now as I am posting & it is balls-fantastic. Seriously. Ugh.

Thank you, UFMJ! Obsessed with this box. For those that don't know, my profile lists raspberry ales and coffee ales as my favorite flavors to try, and you obviously hit it out of the park with this one. Again, there isn't a single beer in this mix I'm feeling remotely apathetic about. Stoked for all of these! And above getting a bunch of beers I was unaware about for me to try that I will most likely love, you also hit three huge wants! Great great great. Thank you!!!

Final shot: the whole two-box haul:

Beyond excited, and I cannot say thank you enough. Seriously. Yesterday could very well be the best day of my life. Only competition for that is the day I was born. I also feel like there was a lot of teamwork b/w you two in compiling these boxes, and timing the shipping right to land on the same day, so kudos for that, too!!!! I'm pretty sure everyone else should be jealous of my boxes.
