I gotta say (again) how absolutely thrilled a few years ago to hear Oskar Blues was setting up brewery #2 in North Carolina. Their reason was pretty simple.. To get fresh beer to the east coast cheaper and faster.

And now 2 years later, they have totally came through with that promise. Oskar Blues is available pretty much everywhere I go AND it's typically super fresh. It was a real treat to enjoy a 10 day old G'Knight and a 3 day old Deviant last weekend.

    Thank you Oskar Blues!!!!!!

I would like to see some of the better East Coast/Midwest/Great Lakes breweries start setting up shop out here.
But I'm not holding my breath.

Ten Fidy is reasonably priced (and absolutely amazing), though their other beers are a bit pricey.

Picked up a 4-pack of Deviant Dale's that was just a month old. Last time I got Dale's, it was about three weeks old. I love it. Their prices are reasonable too, even compared to those of local/regional breweries in my area.

Fresh G'knight might just be my favorite beer. Glad some more of the country can experience it!

Salute if 19.00 bucks for a four pack is reasonable to you, cost is the only reason I haven't tried it yet. I just see it next to a 12 or 15 dollar sixer and can't pull the trigger. In PA ten fiddy is the most expensive of their flavors

They are great. Glad to hear they are doing a good job. Dale's Pale is a river staple out here in Oregon.

Salute to you if you can find a world class imperial stout at 10.5% at around $8-9 a bomber (it's about $18-19 in NY too and that's about the price of two cans, or equivalent to a bomber).
Stone IRS here is about $8-9 a bomber.

Both these beers are amazing and really good values for their style. I don't know what nonexistent beer you're drinking that is that much cheaper...
