    Franziskaner's hefeweizen...smelled great but the carbonation was a little high after pouring and the first few drinks tasted "drier" than most of the really good hefs I've had. Still a good beer but could be a lot better with less carb. Has anyone else noticed this with this beer or it maybe just this bottle?

    Probably just the bottle. It's a fairly carbonated drink, but I never had a problem with dryness. Lovely, sweet hefe.
