    You're right - there's a big difference in appearance between the two.

    No joke. This is what a pale ale ('half IPA') should be. 16oz format. CRYSTAL FUCKING CLEAR. This beer is so crazy clear (lager clear). Quaffable with an amazing, complex hop aroma. I cannot stop drinking this. Get ya some.

    I'll wait until I have another pint since my palate is singed with coffee beer from Pinthouse Pizza, but this is so potent with hop aroma. I love it. So hoppy, yet so refreshing, well done ABW.

    Got my buddy stopping in to get me some on the north side. Specs arborwalk, sunrise, and HEB farwest should all still have it correct? Anything else I should get him to grab?

    Everyone's been on edge of their seats surely. It does appear the packaged Double IPA I bought last week was in fast the Half IPA, just mispackaged. Oh well, both great beers

    Am I the only one who doesn't like the half ipa? I am a huge ABW fan and enjoyed the dipa but I can't even finish one can on the 1/2. Way too much vegetable flavor for me. Didnt enjoy it one bit. I'll stick with pearl snap and fire eagle.

    That's really strange. Each box design comes on a separate pallet, which we only open the day we can the beers. I can't figure out how a Double IPA Box could slip into a Half IPA pallet.

    Regardless, we're sorry for the mixup but are glad you enjoyed the beer. Your check for $0.42 is in the mail.

    Just picked up a 4-pk from there. Still plenty left. And somehow I ended up grabbing Creme Brulee and two of the Schlenkerla's. Evil, evil selection. I also need to return to hoard the rest of JK Salt Lick that they had when I go back. Had that last night and loved it.

    Picked up a 4-pack Half IPA at HEB Far West yesterday and really enjoyed my first can. One question for ABW: what is the ABV of Half IPA?
