Haven't been able to get my hands on any Zombie Dust yet, so I can't compare on that front, but it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than All Day IPA. Hell, it tastes more like an IPA than All Day does, and Citra is a Pale Ale.

FYI, Citra is technically a Pale Ale, but then so is Zombie Dust...

I agree that Citra is outstanding and hope they bottle it, seasonal or year-round would be awesome. I also hope they end up dropping the other Hop Odyssey beers as bombers, because I missed out on the black IPA from that series when it was in Kansas City.

Want a good Citra? Going to have to drive to Charlotte, NC. Wet Hop Citra IPA is so, so good, and 6.9% I believe.. Ass Clown is oh so amazing. When I swung through the first time I picked up bombers of it and the bartender was telling me they had problems for some reason or other with a few of them and if it tasted odd to bring it back... i feel like for what it is, it's really good.

I am really interested in some of the other beers in this series by Green Flash though... I will have to look into the distribution area for these, thanks.

Previous versions of their "Citra" were Pale Ale's but this one is actually an IPA according to them.

Well then. That actually makes sense, based on how it tastes. Easily the best session IPA I've tried thus far.

It was a great beer, but I also don't get the comparisons to ZD. Either way, I had this beer dry hopped on cask and it was way better than the draft. Still, I would love to see it in bottles!

Had it on tap a week or two ago, followed by a pint of All Day IPA. I like All Day, but this Citra Session stuff was superior. I'm not a fan of GW West Coast IPA, but I would definitely drink this if available in bottles. I can't keep up with my Keystone Light drinking tennis teammates. This would give me a fighting chance to stay close.

Great, much appreciated. May need to call around a bit to see when the plans are to tap it. Also thanks to whoever said the SJ Yard House has it on now.
