Barrel Aged Batch 9000. i seem to miss out on every tapping and festival that it shows up at. and trading for a bottle is beyond what i seem to be capable of.

Thanks for the kind offer, but please don't go to any trouble. I'll be making a trip to Weyerbacher later this summer. If I strike out there, I figure I'm not supposed to try it.

Not sure where you live but Exodus is on tap at The Cruise, a restaurant in Tichigan. Oh, along with several other awesome Central Waters beer (they have dedicated their entire tap line to Central Waters). Also, the food is great.

I drank it on tap several times, but getting it in the bottle is much more difficult due to it only being available on special release days with strict allocations. Gets tough to wait in line for hours for 2 bottles.

Iowa and CO are in the same region? I guess you learn something new every day  I kid, I kid.
The Trinity beers are now being distributed up and down the front range and their production has increased. While not in every store, that one can be bought off the shelf without too much worry now.

Carton's Monkey Chased the Weasel. Last year, I went to a bar for it, and the bartender told me "See that woman in blue at the end of the bar. She has the last pint." Then went to a growler station, "See that person at the cash register, he has the last growler."

13 months later, I finally got my first Monkey Chased the Weasel this past Sunday.

If you're near Ann Arbor and want some BBA Batch 9000, this release just showed up on Bill's Beer Garden FB page: This week, Wednesday night is Bell's Night! Starting tomorrow at 5:30, Bell's Brewery is taking over. We'll have five special beers on tap, including a rarely-seen Bourbon Barrel Aged Batch 9,000, alongside Oberon, Oarsman, Amber, and Quinnanan Falls Special Lager. Bell's reps will be on hand, and there will be some fun giveaways, too. We hope to see you there.

Not sure if this is still true, but it was possible fairly recently to get this at Marty's Big Buys in Allston. Ask for their "Secret Stash" list and it may still be there

The only local beer I ever had a difficult time getting in Austin was (512) Wild Bear (their wild/sour ale). I eventually traded for it though locally. 500 bottle release.

I've never had DarkLord, but at this point I honestly don't give a shit. I'd much rather try Permanent Funeral. Then again, "local" is pushing it since I'd have to drive six hours north to get any brewery-only FFF beers and ain't nobody (read: me) got time for that.

New England Gandhi Bot makes it to shelves where I live about once a season and Sea Hag is becoming more inconsistent to find. Same deal for Flower Power, but im less bummed about that because its a beer a really dont care for (blasphemy!)
