TLNBIFF Hints and Hauls

OK, so just checked on the 4 boxes that I sent out Wednesday. Looks like my targets can expect one box today and one on Monday.

Was really hoping that they would all arrive today for a good weekend; but I guess getting a box on Monday is a good way to start the week too

 

I think there is enough left from previous shipments to get me through the weekend.
The growler of Jade delicious, my buddy and I took care of that before dinner last night.

 

Awesome. Glad you liked it!! It is my go-to IPA since the brewery is less than a mile from my house. Now, if they would only start bottling it

 

So I got an awesome package yesterday, unfortunately timing didn't work out for me to be able to get any pics going. Pron will follow this weekend. On a shipping note, fedex home seems to think that two packages due east should be arriving Saturday (I seemed to have miscalculated the timing by a smidgen), they are traveling anywhere between 600 and 750mi.

 

Both boxes are out for delivery to a state where it's illegal to pump your own gas. Brace yourselves, fools!

 

My boxes have landed. Now the anticipation begins.

I'm leaving to go camping for the weekend in a couple hours but it seems like my return on Sunday will be met with a box on my porch, IF I've deduced things correctly.

 

Aw shit! One box delivered to someone's front door...

So Steve, my friendly FedEx guy (yes, due to the volume of shipments this past week, we are on a first name basis) just dropped off another bomb from Pimpinmidget.
When I hoisted it off the loading dock I thought "holy crap, what did he do, send me a case?"
Yes, yes he did.
24 12 oz bottles wrapped in bubble and lined up like little soldiers.
I think we may have finally run out of NC beers as only 21 of them are from his home state.
Where are the other 3 from you ask?
1 is from California---SN Narwhale--longtime want
1 is from Michigan---KBS perma want
1 is from a small monastery in Belgium---yes, Westy f'ing 12--what is above mega, perma, or ultra want?

Unfortunately my wife has our only functioning photographic device with her on vacation, so pics will have to wait a while. I promise not to drink any of these until I can get a photo up.

It's probably a good thing the boxes got separated in transit, any more today and I probably would have had a mental meltdown.

I've enjoyed reading your posts before my FedEx delivery had arrived... I've soiled multiple pairs of underwear from excitement... I'm thinking we both need to bomb the snot out of the midgets porch after this BIF.

 

Hate to say it, but 24 are not showing up at your house today. Maybe you should bet back to me Monday about that.

To properly retaliate we'd probably need a U-Haul.
You could fill your 1/2, pick me up on the way, and then we could just back the truck right over his porch leaving a crater and a pile of splintered wood.
Also, since it seems my FedEx gets here before you get yours, I'll hold off posting what is in Monday's box until you get yours. I hate the thought that you're sitting there in your own filth and it's my fault.
