Picked up some Heavy yesterday. Whip In had a couple cases and Whole Foods Bowie had cases stacked 4 feet high. Plenty around if you're willing to look.

i too got a vegetal flavor, which didnt seem consistent with a pale ale (at least the ones i tried) or maybe i just saw citra and pale ale and was expecting zombie dust

Growler Room was on their last keg on Sunday when I got a fill. Might've already kicked.

Not on their list any more, so I think its gone.

On the upside, they're putting ABW Half IPA on today......

Got the last two 32oz fills on Wednesday around noon from the Growler Room...Red's Porch still has it on their beer list online but not sure if they do growler fills or not.

There's still a good amount of it at Whole Foods downtown in Austin.

And a mountain of Zoe as well.

How long ago was the DIPA released? I had it last weekend at a bar on 6th street and it still tasted kickass. They only served it in what must have been a 4 oz glass cause "it is high abv" and they apparently don't want all those college kids with low tolerance levels in there gettin' smashed.

Red's Porch has a full bar, I think, so no growler fills

I am very sensitive to vegetal flavor. I definitely do not pick that up in Half ipa. I do pick up a cereal finish on it. Im sure due to pilsner malt used. Im on my second 4 pk. and I believe it's better now than last week.

We packaged the Double IPA on June 4. Although the aroma is definitely more subdued than when it was first released, I'm very happy with how well it has held up.

Although it does have a pretty high ABV (10%), 4oz is not enough.
