Bourbon Octagon, a BBA quad. Sweet Jeebus is this stuff amazing... Candied figs, dates, brown sugar, caramel, rum soaked raisin, almost a little too sweet but then big bourbon notes just cut it perfectly. If they bottled this stuff, I would buy all of it.

Been waiting for a cool type of day to bust this out, and today was one of those odd July days where its only 65 outside, and this morning was a chilly 50...Such a familiar nose of Bourbon County, which I absolutely love, and I'm honestly not that huge of a cherry fan, sometimes it's a bit overdone in a lot of stuff, but this truly is perfectly balanced...Much better than Bramble IMO...Cherries are there just enough in initial taste, and again on finish. This needs to be done again by Goose.
