    My member number didn't work either, and the same happened to at least two people I know...OH NOES BA.

    However, I upgraded to a Family Membership and added my girlfriend and her AHA member number worked just fine. Got the tickets, but only because we got lucky with the backup option. Is this real life?

    Make sure you add leading zeros to your member number so that the total length of your member number is 9 digits.

    Mine went right through and my number was fine for Thursday. I had updated my account and payment earlier, so it only took a few seconds.
    Hopefully this doesn't become a mess for the people who have non-working numbers!

    That's odd - I used my member # to purchase Thursday tickets successfully but it won't work for Saturday tickets.
