VSS and BA Speedway release

    I have personally seen them turn away people thats name didnt match the credit card used to purchase it. Maybe Franch has some deep friends there but I know as soon as regular Kopi hit that was going to be the standard. I believe before that they would let you but this way it seriously becomes hard to mule.

    I wouldn't try pulling the name changing stuff, especially if Abby is the one checking the books when you are getting your bottles.

    Speaking of Speedway, I was in a San Diego Costco yesterday, and they had it for $8.99 a bottle.

    You have to bring your card used to purchase the beer, the email printed from the BPT-associated account and an ID.

    Keep an eye out for the upcoming email with the details where you need to go to sign up for Livescan for their 2014 releases.

    I just realized that the release party is the same day as firestone second saturday and booty basement at the whistle stop. That's gonna be one long ass day.

    I didn't participate in the BA Grand Cru sale, so things may have changed, but they wouldn't allow a cellphone screen when they did BA Kopi.

    It was OK for the Grand Cru sale, so I guess they upgraded. I'd check if I wasn't in the area often, though.

    Just wanted to point out that on the BPP page (http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/422296) there is no mention of having to bring the card used to make the purchase (their caps, not mine):

    ****Please USE ONLY YOUR NAME TO PURCHASE THE BOTTLES. YOUR PURCHASE IS JUST FOR YOUR BOTTLES. YOU CANNOT PURCHASE BOTTLES UNDER SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME OR FOR SOMEONE ELSE. IF YOU BUY THEM, YOU MUST PICK THEM UP.****

    Proxies will not be allowed for this release, you will need to show your proof of purchase (in the form of CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM BROWN PAPER TICKETS) and valid id to retrieve your bottles. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. This means you will NOT be able to pick up anyone else's bottles, and we will not release the bottles to you without a confirmation and valid id matching the name on the sale!
