Anyone have any updates if/when this brewery will be here? Will they only be distributing in Austin?

They're expanding right now... as soon as that's done, we'll be next....
Hopefully. Once Houston gets Firestone Walker, I'm going to need something new to hold over their heads.

Nice, guess I'll be making a trip once every couple months down to Austin to pick up a case or 2

Wow. Was unaware they are making their way to TX. Loved their wine barrel porter and chocolate milk stout. Very underwhelmed from their Myrcenary

Houston needs Lugene and Mountain Standard. Don't FSW us, Odell. :slight_frown:

One of the few perks of traveling to Kansas on business ... Myrcenary me timbers!

Bell's is also invading Texas at some point.

Rumor and speculation at best, nothing ever concrete. At this point, all we are is a market they are eyeballing for sure.

BEK has met with them twice now. I saw two people in bells knit shirts walking around the Whole Foods in Lakewood at the beginning of this year. I believe Andrews had also talked with their reps in the DFW area. Sure they're not here until they're here but I consider all of this slightly more than rumor.

I've also heard that Bell's had meetings in Dallas. I hope it happens.

I'm excited if it does happen yeah. But with nearly anything (especially craft beer), I play the believe it when I see it card.

El paso BA's, all ten of us, only have to drive 30 min to get odell. I see that as a perk. Let the cheap shots begin!

Yeah figured I was in minority but I have had too many amazing hop beers to include Myrcenary anywhere near a 'top' list.

I have to assume that you either got a very old bottle of Myrcenary, or that hoppy beers just aren't your thing. It's a citrus hop mango bomb- world class by all measures of an IPA when fresh. Give it another shot.

I actually prefer their regular IPA over Myrcenery. I'm a hophead and I've had both very fresh.
