I drank the shit out of that beer when it was on tap. So sad when they finally removed it after a couple months.

Not to worry - if they keep last year's schedule, we should be due for the BA Wee Heavy release next, maybe along with the BA Vietnamese.

That's the only thing that keeps me from buying the full allotment of this release.

Can you actually place an order with BPT through a mobile phone and has anyone done it with one of the previous sales?

I'm going to have my phone with me, but it doesn't look like I'll be sitting in front of a physical computer when the stuff goes on sale. If not, I'll just chance that some's available a half hour later, but it wouldn't be difficult at all to just use my iPhone if that works.

Yes and yes. I haven't done it personally, but a buddy got one of the last bottles of some previous release while in line for Toronado's anniversary last year.

You need to use Chrome or another browser that allows you to force desktop rendering – if you use Safari, you’ll only get the mobile site, which you can’t order from.

Safari lets you force the desktop version too. http://m.bpt.me/ and at the very bottom of the page click "Standard Website".

Oh, nice, thanks! Last time I tried it (which admittedly was a while ago) that bottom link just fed me into an infinite redirect loop, but yeah seems to be working properly now.

Me too. So did the people in front of me. They also had a binder with all of the buyer's names so your ID was good also. I picked up my last few AleSmith offerings on random midweek afternoons so they didn't seem as strict as long as they were convinced it was you on the order.

Does it say 10 PST? Because now it's PDT, so 10 PST would be 11. Or 9, I forget how this works.

I have to imagine they mean it'll be 10 AM PDT, which would be 1 EDT.

My prediction: the Vietnamese will be gone within 10 minutes, and there will be quite a few people aren't able to get it. BASS will last at least a few hours.
