Well I am going to Napa, California this weekend and am definitely taking a drive over to Russian River. So other than that what are some good breweries that are only sold in that area and will usually be at a decent liquor store? I want to try as many beers as I can that are exclusive to the area while Im there.

Since you're going to Russian River, definitely go right down the street to Flavor Bistro and enjoy some Moonlight beers. And for your bottle needs, Bottle Barn is the place to go while in the Santa Rosa area.

Third Street Aleworks. I would recommend them over Flavor and Bear Republic. They also bottle and distribute very locally.

    Almanac
they are knocking it out of the park with their sours
truly an exceptional find for someone out of state
if the consistency continues they will be a national name
only place you may find some is Whole Foods Coddingtown (they have a tap room of mostly local brews; ))
and 10 minutes down the freeway in Rohnert Park is Beercraft - I'd call and check stock but they have had Reserve 3 & 4
and I picked up Dogpatch Sour last week
    cheers

Third Street over Bear Republic? I drink a lot at Third Street, but I have to disagree with this. Ever since Denise left as head brewer, Third Street had been average at best. I'd take BR over them any day.

So you're going to Napa to drink beer? You might be doing it wrong...

I'm betting his wife is there to drink wine, and he's trying to plan a few beer oriented diversions.

They have a bunch of brewery exclusive stuff on tap. Tartare for example may still be on. The food has been excellent in the past but tbh, the last time it was just ok.

Another obvious answer that hasn't been mentioned is Lagunitas. They have some great stuff on tap that you likely won't see outside of the taproom.

In Napa, Downtown Joe's is just OK, but they have bottles of RR stuff, sometimes a tap or 2. Bilco's is fun and they have Moonlight and sometimes Pliny to drink which shooting darts or playing pool and bullying the jukebox with Type O Negative.

I'm heading to that exact area next weekend! Find anything good?

I'm mostly looking for Melange 3. I have no idea what the availability is at this point.
Staying in Inverness, CA and will be driving to Russian River.
