    Started off with this around 3:00 after a 420 mile drive home from Jacksonville. Horrible drive.

    Well...this was a first... Grilled bratwurst, vidalia onions and bell peppers in DFH 90 Min. IPA. Actually felt bad pouring the 90 min. in the pan to let it marinate....Enjoyed a DFH 90 Min.(felt the need to) and a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale while grilling(first time). Anyway here is the outcome :wink:! Enjoying the bratwurst with a SN Hoptimum..yes, I started drinkin the Hoptimum before the grilling was done. CHEERS! [​IMG]

    I lack experience when it comes to food pairing, but I think something smoked, grilled, spicy, or a bit charred might work because it would dull the sweetness and the heat. I've made a Cajun pork roast that I think would pair well with this. This brew might benefit well from a good food pairing. My review will be up in the next 10 mins or so if you want my notes to give you some ideas.
