    Bottled the Citra/Galaxy Belgian IPA today. Tasted amazing. Big hoppiness(used 9 oz) with mango, peach, passion fruit, and tangerines. Fair amount of clove phenols as well but will likely increase over some age. Fermented at 66-68 so the phenols arent too crazy.

    Very nice ESB. Very clean and balanced tasting to style. I really enjoyed this.

    Excellent Dubbel. Lots of dark bready malts with toffee/molasses and banana/prune/raisin with the clove/pepper esters. Very unique tasting Dubbel for sure, but it is delicious.

    Sipping on some La Fin now. World class every time I have it. I love Tripels

    Finally done with the move. Had a fucked night last night with my car dying with a bunch of shit in it at our old place then having to tow it to MD then the fucking place AAA sends us to won't take a car after hours and so the tow guys leaves my fucking car unlocked with the key under the mat with $600 worth of brewing equipment and other personal belongings in it.

    got the truck unpacked and now we wait for a month at this place and then move AGAIN to Portland

    Decided to open one of my favorites tonight to make up for a fucked weekend

    Yum! But very different that what I was served on tap in San Diego at the Stone Bistro. No fruit in this... I think I had a mispour at the Stone restaurant.

    Plus, I can taste the pecan in this, where as I couldn't appreciate it at Stone.
