    Honestly is probably better with some maturity to mellow out the oak and alcohol a bit. Enjoy the bells :-)

    Freigeist Unfiltered Kosch- tastes almost like a pilsener but with a better malt backbone. Excellent paired with this heirloom tomato, basil and mozzarella salad I made : )
