    Doing a little beer coffee speedball right now. The coffee is a Colombian that was aged on oak soaked in cherries and 2013 La Folie. The pumpkin definitely meets expectations, maybe a touch too much pumpkin pie flavor to it.

    Just transferred my Amarillo Single-Hop APA to the secondary for dry-hopping. Already giving of some nice fruity/floral hop character and a super-clean light malty backbone with just a touch of caramel sweetness. This one is going to be mighty tasty.
