Lagunitas all day. stoopid, sucks, undercover, max, mosaic, lil' sumpin (wild), fusion, and WALDOS! personally it's hard to argue against these beers.

I believe OP was looking for IPA's, plural. ;-P

Where's all the Odell love?! I miss that place more than anything after I moved away from FoCo...

There's also Black Rye, and a couple old limited releases (21st ann.) plus a regular pale ale. But even starting with three, that's one more than a lot of breweries. Might not be the best brewery for IPAs but a pretty good one nonetheless.

Wasn't counting Grainstorm, as it is a one off in the Smokestack series. Also not counting pale ales as IPAs, so that still leaves 2 IPAs in their lineup (for now). Not shitting on Boulevard...I love them... but they are not synonymous with IPAs.

Not according to their website--they list it as Seasonal.
That's fair, although some PAs are hoppier than a lot of IPAs (Victory Headwaters), just lacking the fortitude. If anyone is going to make an IPA triple, I'm counting on Boulevard to be the first.

Bell's will not win on quantity but with Two Hearted and The Oracle an argument could be made for quality.

Gotta go with Hill Farmstead. The IPA's are terrific. Hill has them down to a science. The backbones are so crisp and clean, the hops really shine. Susan is unbelievable.

As much as I love Stone and Russian River, I have to go with Alpine. Their IPA's are just brilliant.

Lots of choices...but I think Stone may just have hoppy beers down better than anyone. I'm gonna give honorable mention to Ballast Point...but that's probably just because I'm drinking Sculpin right now. Haha.

Obviously Alpine. That's pretty much all they make.

That, and Lagunitas. But mostly Alpine

They are hop wizards. Elevated took gold at GABF and their Project Dank series is epic.

I don't think they distribute far outside of New Mexico, so, trade for it and trade often for it.
