    Brewing an Oktoberfest I'm going to try and "fake" with Nottingham since I don't have a lagering setup, taking a break from my Heady Topper binge with another fine brew I picked up on my recent VT excursion, and breaking in a custom glass my wife and I got off Etsy to celebrate our wedding last November (it finally came in the mail).

    The food at Churchkey can be underrated. I had a porchetta sandwich with ramp pesto that blew me away. AMAZING.
