I am going to go with the homer vote also . Having just finished vacationing in SoCal and drinking many great IPAS, I have to say Higher Standard is right up there with them.

Aside from that, Stone of course, Alpine and up and comer Societe.

Personally I think Abrasive is slightly better, but that's me,

A single brewery with the most top-rated IPAs? It would have to be Stone, followed closely by Sierra Nevada. But hey, what do I know, right? ^.~

Yep, Stone for readily available, Alpine for overall best IMO. Then prob SN, Bells, and Green Flash. Haven't had HF yet.

If Surly was available across the country, Surly would get 100 percent of the vote.

Some good ones in NorCal -- Knee Deep, Auburn, Sante Adairius, Berryessa. And Boneyard up in Bend OR.

    Stone. No doubt about it.

Sure you can make arguments that some local/regional breweries have better lineups (Alpine and HIll Farmstead are two examples) but for most people consistently obtaining beers from those breweries is very difficult if not impossible. So for me, Stone takes the cake. Great variety of delicious, hoppy beers.

Knee Deep in Lincoln, CA has great IPA's. Simtra Triple IPA and Belgo Hoptologist are bomb.

Revolution hands down for me. I'm not a hop head but love everything they put out that includes the word pale. Anti Hero, A little Crazy, TV Party and Dos Oso are all great
