I saw 12 packs of Harvest alongside the Oktoberfest at a spot today and the Harvest was bottled about the same time as the Okto, but I couldn't tell where the Harvest was brewed.

Interesting that the Okto was sixers and cases, but the Harvest was only 12 packs -- makes me wonder if the Harvest is being brewed in Baldwinsville.

I was really surprised by the Goose Island Oktoberfest. Probably my favorite American O-fest along with Great Lakes. Did a small sampling of those 2, Sam Adams, Left Hand, La Crosse, and Capital and found it probably the best.

Harvest was indeed brewed in New York. It's available in both sixes and twelves. Oktoberfest is six pack only.

Or full case, if you're so inclined.

I tried this the other day. I thought it was pretty solid. I swear I got some rye spice from it.

Speaking of Afterburner, has anyone seen it around town in bottles yet?
Havent had it since I helped them bottle Krankshaft last year when it was a brand new beer. I absolutely love this beer!

Grabbed one as part of a Mariano's Fresh Market mix-a-six. While I'm as big of a Metropolitan Brewing fan as there is, until I can find Afterburner on shelves (hopefully soon!), this will be my go-to O-fest. Good stuff, glad to see it in bottles, even if it's thanks to Inbev.

I had not had this one until earlier this past week. Just had my second bottle and I must say I am impressed. To me this is the most authentic flavored craft Oktoberfest that I have tasted. My favorite American version of this style to date.
