When is the next bottle share coming up? I have quite a few bottles to share. If the next share isn't for a few weeks, would anyone be interested in having a Southwest share in Sugar Land next weekend (not this coming)? I would make it worth the drive if you're not local.

I selfishly kind of liked having it on Sunday since I'm usually up at Lone Pint helping out on Saturdays, but I'm interested in going - if I can - whenever y'all decide.

24th or 25th. I know Gingerman and Nobi are regularly scheduled, but didn't know if there was another one setup or in the works. I know a few northwest people have had 1 or 2 shares up there.

I could make the 25th, get back from Vermont the 24th, so I could bring some Heady that I (hopefully) obtained up there.

I live in Sugar Land and could do it this Saturday, but not sure about next Saturday. Have to work the morning (at least) of the 24th.

    25th it is.

I'd prefer to keep it close to me as possible as I'll be hauling quite a few beers again (don't miss this if you're a sour lover). Is there a spot in Sugar Land that we can bring beer into? The flying saucer is out since they serve liquor. Can't legally do it...Does jupiter have a full bar? If not, that is looking very attractive after perusing their menu

They've hosted tastings there before and FS downtown has too. Has that changed?

Well I can't do the 25th unless it's in the evening, as I am going to the Texans preseason game at 4pm. My first Texans-related bottle share clash of the season! Seems so soon :slight_frown: [Thankfully this season will be good for the Gingerman, I'll only have to miss two thanks to MNF and TNF!]

And I totally would have driven outside the loop (gasp!) to get there too. Shame.

25th sounds good. It'll be my first bottle share, I have some delicious bruery items I could throw into the pot. I'd imagine anywhere in the city centre in sugarland is going to be pretty busy all day sunday

Yeah.. I've thought they have done bottle shares upstairs at the Houston Flying Saucer...?

No idea how Sugar Land feels about this..

We still do bottle shares downtown every once in a while. Downtown can make the upstairs for a "private party," which I guess makes it OK for people to bring in outside stuff, or at least that is how I was told they get around the liquor thing. I can't remember if there is a private area they can close off in Sugar Land, but would never hurt to ask.

I'll double check with them tomorrow. Thanks! I know they have that separate room from the main bar that can have the shades drawn and what not.

How does 1 PM sound as a starting time? Location still TBA...

I will bring plenty of beer for everyone per usual if someone wants to just pony up for a food plate where ever we go.

They do have a separate room for parties and such that can be reserved. I inaugurated it with a bottle share tasting the second weekend after their Grand Opening.
