I have NO CLUE what this is worth trade wise. I have been searching online for posts and information on this bottle but haven't been able to find much on it. It was one of the bottles added in on a bigger trade. So anyone with info out there I'd love to learn some more about it. Thanks!

You were offered this as part of a trade in progress, and you want to know what to offer in return?

Or you got this as an extra and you're trying to figure out what you can trade it for?

Let me clarify. I got this as part of a trade but can't find ANY information other than what is on Stone's website. Any info about it would be appreciated.

Distributed beer shelf beer. I think its $8.99 at the store I visit. Initially it was 1 bottle limit behind the shelf, but no one bought it so now its on the shelf with no limit. I didn't pick one up as my stout game is already pretty strong right now.

    Little to no trade value.

It's a huge and tasty stout with some flavor from the pecans but very little barrel character. Does not hide its 13% ABV at all. Many more reviews here:

Availability: Very easy to find here in Los Angeles. Was also available at online beer shops. Price is $8-9, and (IMO) wouldn't trade for much more than that unless you find someone outside of the huge distribution area who loves Stone and/or huge stouts.

They have loads of this at Costco for $5. It is an absolute mess of a beer that tastes like a thousand different malts partying at a music festival that forgot to arrange for portopotties and serves moonshine instead of beer. You received this in a trade and immediately look to flip it for something else? Thank god this beer is worthless because you don't deserve whatever beer you were hopIng to land with it.

For whatever reason this beer is impossible to search for on BA without getting very creative. Had the same problem when I saw it on a shelf before I had heard anything about it. You basically have to search for w00tstout, full word, with the 0's to get the beer. Anything else seems to turn up forum discussions in the google search.

I'm not looking to flip anything. I was/am looking for information on a beer that I had never heard of that I got as part of a trade. At the time I had no clue what it was worth trade value wise when it was added to the trade. I just thought it was interesting.

No need to be an asshole about it.

Agreed. I couldn't find anything on here about it. I just kept getting google discussions. Thanks for the info.

There are 3 different bottle designs. Apparently the version with all 3 dressed as superheroes is more rare than the others.

Okay. You were wondering what the woot stout was "worth trade wise" on a forum about trading beer, not that you're looking to trade the beer or anything. I guess that I could imagine having received, say, a Billy Ripken card in a large baseball card trade (not the cool 89 fleer with the cuss words on the bat, but a crappy worthless one like the '91 Donruss) and then wondered what it was worth after the fact and consulted Beckett. Stranger things have happened. My bad.

It wasn't part of the main trade so I wasn't worried about it. It was added on after the main part was agreed upon. Since I had never heard of it I figured I'd ask the value (not because I wanted to flip it but b/c I had literally NEVER heard of it). Also, love the baseball card analogy lol

To all the people saying it's a hard beer to search for on the site ... is searching for Stone and then looking at the beers they brew hard or am I just some kind of investigative mad genius?
