I actually have a growler of Florence in my fridge. I can't wait to crack it open!

I'm with the folks who all named pils or lagers as their house beers. I would want to be a good hostess so food goes with that beer and I would put it in pitchers and have it flow like water. Victory prima pils, great lakes dortmunder gold, their silver and gold, sly fox- their pils and their helles lager, grolsch premium lager has a sweet spot in my heart so that, southern tier krampus and their two pales live and phin and matts, and sixpoint their lager the crisp to put some hops into the mix.

    Cheers! =)

    Sierra Nevada Pale Ale:
    Available in all states
Inexpensive compared to other craft beers (I could sell for a reasonable price)
Not to hoppy for the uninitiated
Would not scare the BMC people to death

Tough, never had Abrasive on tap only from the bottle, it might kill BMC guys but it's my bar. HT might be more drinkable if your having 2-3, or HF Ephraim which is outstanding. Hell, any of those 3.

Don't be so sure about that last part. Some people on these forums converted to craft based on SNPA. Not me. The first couple times I tried it I couldn't make it through half a bottle. I love it now, but it took a while.

I would have to say Black Butte Porter... sure not the best in California summers, but oh well, gotta sacrifice sometimes. SN Pale Ale made a strong bid though...

Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Barleywine. Could drink that beer any night. Don't let people that don't like that beer come near my fridge.

I'd have to go with Orval. Drinkable at any point during the year.

My backup would be Ayinger Munich Dunkel.
