yeah, I know if I just went the extra extra mile to track this stuff down I could stop bitching... well as I've said I've been calling and popping into stores anytime I'm near any place that could potentially have some. On my side of town, there aren't many places gonna get/got this stuff, so I gotta seek but I'm not into goose chases either. There may be a place that has 4 bottles on a shelf at 3:30, and there's a good chance when I get there at 4:02 some guy who's already bought dozens of them has exercised his entrepreneurial spirit and snagged them before I can, I do appreciate heads up and I will call and check if I can score some tonight. I must reiterate my earlier point to all the "these hoarders are the greatest cuz I get their runoff when I can't find any" crowd, I get it... and once again I must say, if there were no hoarders and everybody got one, tried it, went back if desired, there would be plenty to go around for all who truly wanted it for a good while, call me crazy, but I have this bizarre theory that it being hard to find in the first place,and people buying cases at a time may be somehow related, so if they hadn't been so cool as to buy it all, making sure to break some off for you, you may have just been able to pop in the store a block down and get some yourself conveniently. I know people who do this that aren't even into beer, or if they are, strictly into IPAs (can I get a hop-hop holla!), so few of these limiteds should be of interest to such bros, but they live for hype. I know everyone wants to be THE MAN "peep what I scored brah" I'm sure they're swell dudes, but it seems like a "sad little man" thing to do, so I'll just be the "sad little man" who moans about it. I apparently came to the wrong place to drop the "H" word, when I should have said "Lord Procurer" as in "Lord procurer, couldest thou find it your most worshipful grace to spare me a drop". my point was does anyone really need DOZENS of a beer that is limited (and as so often is the case, they haven't even decided if they like it). I know this isn't going to stop happening any time soon, that's fine I guess you take the good, the bad, the hysteria with this current beer boom.

Just tried a cherry Hellfighter. Jesus I need more. Delicious. I got a slight medicinal finish when it was cold, but when it warmed up, near perfection. I'd rate it a 4.5 easy. Maybe a 4.75 if I was feeling generous
