You missed CCK by at least three people, I was 15th in queue (last of the third group to be let in) and no CCK for me.

When I was there around 2 o'clock yesterday only the PNC and T25 was left. I'm not sure if the T25 is gone by now.

The tap list was very disappointing, particularly after the Beat batch 3 kicked.

Go to Mikkeller instead. They still have plenty of bottles of 3F 50th anniversary (1998 oude geuze), 3F 1999 oude geuze, 3F 2001 oude geuze, Cantillon 2004 Iris, and Cantillon 2005 Gueuze for on-site consumption.

I feel like I've gone insane, I thought I knew who you were but don't recall seeing you anywhere near me...

Clearly I have actually gone insane, because I don't remember seeing anyone in a Bell's shirt.

This is the part of the movie when you realize you've been a ghost the whole time.

Depends. Last year they sold like 6 bottles of Cable Car, no T-20. It was mostly asstons of T-25.
Clearly someone needs to get on that.

Anything still on tap from yesterday? I know beat kicked quickly but what about temptation and supplication?

Temptation was gone by about 3:30 and Supplication by maybe 4:30. It's OK, I think newer Supplication is a little better anyway. T25 might still be on tap, not sure.

Good meeting some of y'all yesterday (I was the tall, skinny dude with the stool trying to pawn my Sans Pagaie off on everyone). I only met "Stupac" officially and had an appropriately awkward conversation with him (me: "Hey, I know you from the internet.") That was the earliest I have gotten up for a beer event and the payoff was huge. Big ups to Toronado for letting us in two hours early, five people at a time, which made it so much easier and less frantic.

Also, the first five people (I was #6) got a free bottle from Dave of some 1987 Thomas Hardy ale.

I had no idea they opened early.

I got there at 1? 2? And had glasses of T25, Supplication and Temptation. Left pretty happy, there was no way I could've gotten up early to nab the CCK and CC. Did see photos of it on Untappd so thanks for confirming my suspicions :stuck_out_tongue:

I didn't recognize you from your avatar but I think you ordered your first round right next to me at the bar. I guessed you were a beer lover from the order and how happy you looked while you tasted the T25 and walked away! :grinning:

There is a tweet suggesting Pliny the Younger was available on Saturday. Anybody see/drink that? Seems unlikely but was curious.

Also wondering if T25 is still on tap by some miracle. Thanks

Nope, no T25 left. Went Saturday night around 8p and the menu looked exactly like the menu I saw on Thursday. In years past I've wandered in pretty late and was able to try a few of the anniversary special beers, but not this time.

Are you talking about Pliny the Fetus? That's just a reference to the really nice keg of Elder that was on during the party.

I didn't have any of the Pliny that day but the @Toronado twitter seemed to indicate it was the Younger but maybe that only meant fresher than fresh.
