I don't know if it'll be this month or next... but Rodenbach Vintage 2011 & Caractére Rouge will be coming to Texas soon.

But y'all wouldn't be interested in that. Continue hoarding US beer and leave the imports to me.

After having Avery Rumpkin and knowing I like Pumpkinator, I think this is the first BB I will try to stock up on. On paper it sounds like a home run. I think it was already in the barrels when I did the Saint Arnold tour a few weeks ago. Maybe it'll come out near the release of Pumpkinator or right after.

Unfortunatley It won't be a available in 2 weeks and I would be hard pressed to find an extra now. Each store only got a case of it with bottle limit of 1.

Not entirely true but my case is probably an exception to the rule... My Dad only picked up 2 and they shop owner said he could have more if he wanted. My Dad not knowing this did not come to Houston and certain BA's in Houston want this for trade passed.

Provide a source? I knew Rouge is coming to the US soon, but was unaware if Texas would be receiving any distribution. Haven't even heard about the Rodenbach Vintage 2011. And I haven't seen any official press releases to support.

At least six bottles of BP Indra Kunindra at new HEB Mueller as of yesterday late afternoon.
    Didn't see Uncle Jacob's, but didn't ask.

Stopped into East 1st on Saturday to get more ABW HIPA, they still have a small stack. Didn't ask about other beers.

I must be missing the taste buds for Indra, it was nearly a drain pour for me. Tasted like armpit. Only one of 6 of us who shared the bomber enjoyed it. Glad to have a Porcine Unidragon and growler of Victory at Sea to bookend it and make me forget all about it.

You REALLY need to like curry in order to like it. Its not a subtle curry flavor - its a potent, in your face curry flavor, and I can see how a LOT of people might not like it. Personally, I LOVE it, but I love curry too.

I prefer to share Indra. I like it but it would take a while to finish on my own. That spice is pretty damn potent.

    2 words...

    Heart Burn!

I don't mind the flavor (1-2oz pour), but I don't like what it does to my digestive system... :slight_frown:

qft qft qft. That being said, I'm not sure I could handle sharing a bottle with any less then two other people.

TABC label issues. Release has been pushed back to September, w/ Merkin following in October. Merkin is already approved for draft, so shouldn't have any issues when that rolls out.

ABV issues again? I know back at launch we were expecting it and it failed testing.
