The Bungalow in town is okay. North on 95 to 395 past the Beltway off Duke street is Port City, 20 minutes, samplers there and growler fills.
If you're going to drive into Port City then there are all sorts of places in Alexandria, Arlington and even DC to visit, but that might be too far based on the OPs post.
There is not much going on in that area when it comes to good beer. Bungalow ale house, hardtimes and brixx are the only places that have more than a couple craft beers on draft. But you won't find anything out of the norm. Last time I was at bungalow the best thing they had was Wookey Jack. If I had to chose one out of the three I would choose Brixx because it is right near a Wegmans that actually has a good bottle selection considering its in Woodbridge. There are also a lot of restaurants right there as well. Mostly chains but some of the better restaurants in Woodbrige.
Drive a few miles north to Occoquan. There is a restaurant there called **** and Bowl (yeah, I know). But they have a FANTASTIC bottle selection and a ton of proper glassware. The ladies are super nice and the food is good as well. That is gonna be your best bet. Bungalow/Brixx already covered. Wegmans will has a great selection of bottles.
I would absolutely hit up Ikea and Potomac Mills Mall there. Oh you are talking about beer? I have no idea.
Bottles to go or for dine in only? I drive by Occoquan 2 to 3 times a week and have never checked it out. Also to the OP if you go to Occoquan you might as well stop by Mom's apple pie. They have a small section of good bottles there also.
For dine in only. They used to bring in all the coolest Belgian stuff in the Specialty portfolio (Chouffe, Tilquin, etc etc). It's definitely worth a stop for lunch or dinner. Keep in mind that it's down an alley and is kinda hard to find. Took me awhile the first time I was down there.
