Darwins on 4th Sarasota FL.

    I'm going to be I Sarasota this week. Can anyone tell me anything about this place? Is the beer they beer good ect?

    This is true, however I'm glad you put it on this forum since I used to live in Sarasota and can tell you this place is great. I met Jared the brewmaster at Mr. Beery's (which is also a must-visit if you're gonna be in the area) and visited Darwin's once and got a sampler flight. Very solid stuff. He makes a chicha that's way better than DFH's version and I was especially impressed with the Belgian-style offerings. I had an appetizer too and it was real good. It's been a couple years since I was there so I can't recall many specifics but go there for sure and ask for Jared if he's around cuz he's the man.

    Jared is gone. They have a new brewer, can't remember his name right now.
