either Toronado in SF (for totally far-flung rare stuff) or Cheeky Monk in Denver (for comprehensive Belgians plus high-end RRV's, etc)

Sunset Grill & Tap in Allston, MA has 112 taps, which is impressive.

Meadhall in Cambridge, MA also has over 100 taps, and that probably has a better quality selection than Sunset, and definitely more knowledgeable servers.

Perhaps not the best draft list, but certainly one of the most exclusive is Sacco's Bowl Haven - Davis Square, Somerville MA. A Flatbread place, so 20 fine Massachusetts-brewed drafts, locally distilled liquors, and local ingredient food. Great pizza. Very cool. And, whilst yer bellyin' up to the bar, instead of watching ESPN talking heads on flatscreen, there's live candlepin bowling for entertainment. I love this place.
