picked up 3 more bottles and a bottle of double double jack at around 7 pm.... there were still almost 6 cases there with no limit at the register when I asked. If anyone needs a hook up, it's the place to go!

 

Interesting. I, or my wife, shop here maybe twice a week as this is our local. I have not seen Rosendo in some time and the beer/wine section does not seem up to the usual very high standard, though it is still excellent for a neighborhood store.

 

BH is probably the best you are going to do for a Texas stout right now. I actually had this the other day on nitro for the first time and it was amazing.

 

I will admit. There is alot more CoF floating around then I thought there would be. Def not a bad thing.

I stopped by Growler's today. They said bombers of CoF will be $15 and 32oz. growler fills will be $20. Won't do 64oz. fills.

 

I think I paid $20 for a 64 oz fill of 003.

Rosendo took 2 weeks off cause he was having chest pains, etc. He's cool now, Picked up my Sucabas from him yesterday. I didn't know so many of us here knew him and James lol

006 got put out like that because there is a new regional beer distributor in the area (another buddy of mine actually), He's going around cleaning out stashes that stores have in the back like gangbusters. While Rosendo was out he's the one that threw all the 006 in the front like that - For the record all that shit is LONG gone now.

The ultra ghetto HEB on 18th was sitting on a case of DR12 randomly....keyword: was lol
