Latitude 33 - Double Hump Double IPA release

    I saw Latitude is releasing a new Double IPA on 4/28 at the brewery. Anyone going to this? I tried fresh Camel Corps and Pasha's Rye Brown last night and was really impressed. The Double Hump was unfinished but it still tasted great. If you haven't checked this place out I recommend going to the Double Hump release. I know it's easy to overlook new places as there's been a massive influx of them recently, and some are not very good, to be honest, but Latitude is definitely worth checking out.

    There are more new breweries in Southern California than I can keep up with these days. Great times indeed.

    I hadn't heard of Latitude 33. Thanks for the tip and the recommendation.

    I'll be there. I know Kevin can brew some great IPAs. Wishing it was coming on Thursday so I could head up the hill after work to get some.

    Lat 33 is in the old Green Flash location. I'll put this on my radar, long drive but could happen.

    I wasn't overly impressed by their initial lineup at opening, but I suspect most of the beers had been sitting around for a long time because of the delays with licensing. Kevin was making some really good IPAs and DIPAs at Backstreet and used to work at Alpine, so I have high hopes for them and will definitely give them another chance.

    Did Aztec go out of business already? i thought they were in the old green flash building?

    They were supposed to be in that building at one point, but that deal fell through. They're in a different spot.

    Aztec is around the way by a few miles, very easy to visit both breweries quickly.
