Chase, thanks for putting up with Texas. The backasswards laws and the a-holes beer seems to be attracting more and more every day.

 

I'm really excited to finally get to try some more Prairie Ales. Been very interested in trying Somewhere when I heard about the lime notes, I love limes. I love stouts and porters so all the Noir Variants have be intrigued.

$13 in Florida? Where was that?

Generally when I'm back home in South Florida, I'm shocked at how much cheaper beer is there than here.

 

Sounds good to me. this was just an expensive store. the only place around. life is like was $30 there, while $21 at total wine.

 

I want to get at least 6 bombs... It's just too damn good! Nice price point!

Any thoughts on how you guys think Bomb will age? Chase?

 

I don't know if I'd age it... just because the coffee, vanilla, and peppers will all fade with time. Just my opinion.

 

I'm fine with the coffee fading. It was my major issue with the beer. Too much coffee. I honestly couldn't really taste much else in the beer besides coffee.

Most coffee beers are too up front in your face with coffee for my liking.

 

Do you like drinking black coffee? I love the taste of coffee, so some of m favorite beers are coffee forward.

 

Looking forward to having a Noir variant tasting in Dec/Jan with the Wine Barrel Noir and Pirate Noir I currently have in the cellar!
