    I hope South Loop Hotel is a preferred lodging site again. Somehow me and my FOBAB buddy managed to drunkenly wander our way back there after the afternoon session (after throwing up in a residents front yard adjacent to the Arts Center). Something special about FOBAB.....

    Make a greasy stop at the maxwell street depot on 31st & Canal to ease your pain next time....greasy polish with a side of greasy pork chop always helps.

    Racist! No, but seriously that location isn't too ghetto. I have seen a lot worse. In fact people, you do not want to go into this neighborhood. Stay away and send me all of your FOBAB tickets. I don't want to see you all risk it.

    The area was bad when the nickname was created, but it is a lot better now as you said. Although I don't recommend parking over night in that area or you might be replacing a few windows and/or stereos.
