Gubna. Fish and onions do not make for a pleasant IPA experience.

Now, I haven't had much in the way of lambics, but I have to imagine the previously mentioned Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic is at the bottom of that pile. My parents' dog wouldn't even drink it.* This is a mutt who routinely eats his own poop and once ate a glass ornament off of a Christmas tree.

*(Poured half of one into his dish several years ago when I realized I couldn't finish it. Serious note: Dogs really shouldn't have beer and I know better now.)

Thomas hooker pale ale. It's like soapy water with cracked wheat in it

Mendicino Porter or Stout. Can't remember which one but it was an instant drain pour.

Pumpkin beers are some of my favorites, but Shipyard's Pumpkinhead Ale is atrocious.

Abita Jockamo IPA was awful. I had this on tap thinking it would be good, but lord was I wrong. I had about 3 sips and looked at my girlfriend and said "I can't do this" and left it at the table outside.
Also IMO hoegaarden is terrible. One of my three most disliked beers. Not a huge fan of the style but usually don't mind the style, but that one is awful to me.
Also Playa de la cruz is awful. Its like the knock off corona, and I can handle a corona or BMC but this one is the worst. Hands down God awful.

Just buy fresh from TJ's, the Mission St pale and IPA are from Firestone Walker but not always fresh. The bottling date is on the neck FYI

Does a generically labeled can marked as "beer", purchased at a cut rate grocery store qualify for this discussion?

That would be my first home brew.

There are some beers from South Korean breweries whose brand names are OB or Hite. They typically make american lager style beers like bud or coors. The south korean breweries first make high gravity lager and add water to reduce ABV to around 5%. The beers really taste like barley water with a little carbonation. People who have immigrated to south korea sometimes make a joke that they will quit beer because south korea beers are so horrible and imported beers are so pricey, lol.

Agree on the Dreamweaver. I'm relatively new to the craft seen and this beer has me avoiding the style completely. Matter of fact, I didn't order another beer that night. It took a really good steak and several scotch and waters to get me over the blunt trauma this beer caused!

That was an infected batch, so what they were going for was not what you got.
