I received some great feedback on what Pumpkin Ales to try this year. I am also interested in hearing what other fall releases are must tries. Please let me know what your go to fall beers are, not necessarily Pumpkin Ales, but preferably available in Florida.

I agree with your picks. The only point I'd make is how much earlier and earlier "fall" beers continue to show up as the years pass. Hell we are 6 weeks away from fall/octoberfest's and they have been on the shelves several weeks now. Just my 2 centavos. Cheers

Idk I remember seeing fall beers early August last year as well (and somewhat mid August in 2011). I think they are targeting what People want. By August most people are done with wheat beers and thinking about fall. By comparison, most people in November are mostly over pumpkin beers and aiming at xmas which can be seen in a lot of industries ( clothing, shopping etc) when stores gear up for the next season a month in advance.

Anyone know of any good fall beers that are not pumpkin based?

Trick question. These are all summer release beers. Because they are out. And it is still 95 degrees here.
