My local bar, 38 Degrees, has very nice tap lists when they hold special events.

 

I was there and it was all that. Keeps getting better.

 

I went there on Monday and couldn't agree more. Best tap list I've ever seen. I judge by quality and not just quantity of taps. I had Hill Farmstead Abner and consider it the best beer I've ever had.

 

Back Country Pizza in Boulder, CO has an INSANE draft list and bottle selection. Simply spectacular. Host numerous events (recently had Sour Sunday, a sour-tap takeover) that are all pretty sweet!

I went to The Armsby Abbey in Worchester, Mass two weekends ago.

Too be fair, it was over the course of two days we tried them but yes, we definitely pretty drunk from these!
Its tough to call it, but I wanna say Peruvian Morning stole the show. I've never had it fresh before, only infected from the bottle, but my god was it excellent when fresh. Another "wow" beer was Mort Subite Blanche Lambique, which the bartenders poured a round of on the house for everyone who was in there at midnight. There was surprisingly few people for an event of that caliber, maybe 25 people in the whole bar at that point. Suffice it to say, we made sure the BCBS Cherry blew before we left, and we came to finish the job on all the rest the next evening.

 

Mikkeller Bar SF and Meddlesome Moth in Dallas are two that come to mind!
