    Given the description, I'd probably rate it at 2.5 and use it to make escabeche. The flavor profile sounds great for a brandy, but I'd walk away from it in a beer. Different strokes...

    Oh, almost forgot! I'd nominate Old Raspy for best looking content (especially in a large snifter, which is what I did last time). For bottle? Hmm.... have to think about that one. 6L of Arrogant Bastard comes to mind...
