Any Barrel Aged bottles hiding around DC area?

I haven't seen any Retribution, Black Jack, or BBA X-1 in a while on store shelves. It's probably almost about that time though. On the other hand, I might have a bottle or two poking around in my aging closet.

Also, Alewerks Bourbon Porter is around, mostly at NoVA spots though.

 

if youre at U st, walk down to the u st wine and beer. its on same side as bens chili bowl, just stay on sidewalk and walk towards 14th.

 

Pretty sure you can find Retribution at Staples Corner, I'd call first and ask for Jack.

It has in the past shown up, but I havent seen Pretty Things beers in DC for many months.

On the barrel beers you might find on the shelf, the only thing I've seen around lately ironicaly are barrel aged porters. Williamsburg Alewerks and Caldera's Mogli respectively.

 

Flying Dog BA Gonzo on the shelf at P St. Whole Foods today. One of my favorites.

Bourbon Barrel BORIS is around at WF/TW... one of my favorite BBA beers out there.
FW Double DBA, Bruery: ToD, SitR, Smoking Wood, Bois

Kind of a vague OP, but there's tons of stuff available in DC, incredibly liberal import/tax situation.

I think there might be some Weyerbacher Heresey floating around also come to think of it.

 

At the very least, there is the Blue Mountain barrel aged series, which includes Dark Hollow, a good BBA Stout. I don't know if those are available in MD or DC. All over NOVA, though.

 

If you are going to buy these buy them at Wegmans. They're 8 bucks a bomber.

 

Retribution is at perfect pour in Columbia MD for $15...dark hollow with coffee and chocolate added as well for same price
