    It's back!

This batch rounded out at 8.3% ABV and is loaded to the gills with Amarillo and Galaxy.

    On Tap Thursday.

Their last batch, Hampton edition, I would compare to HT.

I totally wish that this wasn't an hour/hour and a half away from me. I don't have that kind of time to be driving to try this. No matter how awesome this sounds.

sounds great. reviews make it sound like it's not dry enough. is that the case?

DO you think it will last until next Wednesday?

They are not open on Wednesdays.

    Thu: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    Fri: 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
    Sat: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    Sun: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Hard to say how long it will last but Excess Columbus was on tap almost a whole month, so I would think this would last a week.

This batch hit a terminal of 2.8P. Drier than the first run, a touch more alcohol, same grist, different hops.

dried out DIPA with amarillo and galaxy, sign me up. hoping to enjoy it vicariously through my brewing partner who i'm currently trying to cajole into getting a growler. i don't think i'll be anywhere close enough to MA/NH myself, but you never know.

This may be their best beer yet. Easiest way to describe it is like an Imperial MBC Lunch, on the nose and palate. Definitely grab a growler if you can.

I will agree with you on this being their best IPA yet, as IPAs are all I have had from them.

Also, your comparison to Lunch is right on, actually dead on! I can EASILY use this beer to replace thou pricey but delicious Lunch.

Agreed on the deliciousness of this beer.

Anyone else wish BL would come out with newer beers more often? Their stuff is great, but with 4 or 5 of the same beers on tap all the time I don't have as much incentive to visit as often as I would if they had something new.

I don't know, when they first opened nearly a year ago they only had three beers on tap. Now they have five and they seem to have one or two new beers every month or so, though some of them are variants of their various IPAs. The only beers they try to have on constantly are Gold Claw and Stalkholm. They seem to do a pretty good job of rotating to me.
