I've never seen the words "double aged" on a label before. At least I don't think I have. New gimmick? Some beers are certainly aged in a number of ways, but this is the first I've seen it advertised this way.

Double aged is kind of confusing, at first I assumed they meant they aged it in two different types of barrels.

I didn't even think about that until you mentioned it. It would be cool to try it if it were bourbon and rum barrel aged. Of course it'd have to be in each longer for 2 weeks to matter, but it's a cool idea.

Well, atleast now we can start the argument on how they put that stupid sticker on your growler when you go there. Was wondering how long that was going to take...

They allow you to bring in whatever growler you want, but insist and demand that they put a sticker with their name and logo on it. They claim it is state law, but it appears to not be. It is also a bitch to get the sticker off from what I've seen/been told. Just another way for them to advertise.
